Child Safety Standards
E-Syrians prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). These standards apply to our website and mobile app, including profiles, photos, polls, feature requests, and any other content or activity on the platform. E-Syrians is operated by FJ SOFTWARE STUDIO LTD.

Who these standards protect
For these standards, a child is anyone under 18. Our prohibition on abuse and exploitation protects all children, regardless of whether they have an E-Syrians account.
Our Terms of Use require users to be at least 13. Community verification of a profile is not proof of age or a guarantee that someone is safe to interact with.
Prohibited content and conduct
No one may use E-Syrians to create, encourage, facilitate, or promote the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child. This includes:
- Creating, requesting, possessing through the platform, distributing, offering, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including computer-generated material depicting the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
- Grooming, sexual solicitation, sexualized communication involving children, or pressuring a child to provide sexual images or take part in sexual activity.
- Sexual extortion, trafficking, arranging sexual access to children, or sharing a child's personal information to enable abuse.
Report a child safety concern
In the mobile app, use the Report action on a profile, poll, or feature request. Sign in if prompted. You do not need to be certain that a violation occurred to raise a concern.
- Select Inappropriate content or Other and explain that your report concerns child safety.
- Include the relevant profile or content link or identifier and a brief, non-graphic explanation. Share only the information needed to locate and assess the concern.
Do not download, screenshot, copy, forward, attach, or email suspected CSAM, even as evidence. Report its location instead.
If in-app reporting is unavailable, use the email address in the contact section.
Review, enforcement, and escalation
Reports are reviewed to assess the concern and the appropriate action. Depending on the findings, action may include removing content and restricting, suspending, or closing accounts.
Our policy is to remove access to CSAM when we become aware of it and to handle any necessary preservation of information in accordance with applicable law.
Confirmed CSAM must be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority, as applicable. We cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.
Privacy when reporting
Avoid including unrelated personal information about yourself or a child. Report information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and may be disclosed where required by law.
Immediate danger
E-Syrians is not an emergency service. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement without waiting for a response from us.
